Ms. Huang graduated from the Department of Computing with MSc in Information Systems in 2006. She obtained her bachelor degree from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics with the major in aircraft automatic navigation and control profession. She visited the University of Iowa in USA in 2000 as a visiting scholar. The visit was supported by the funding from the China Scholarship Council due to her outstanding academic performance. After she returned to China, Ms. Huang worked very hard and gradually reached her 1st peak of career by taking up the post as the vice supervisory designer at the AVIC Xi'an Flight Automatic Control Research Institute. Founded in 1960, AVIC Xi'an Flight Automatic Control Research Institute (FACRI) has a staff of about 3,000, including more than 1,500 engineering technical personnel. FACRI is the Research & Development centre of guidance, navigation and control technologies in Chinese aviation industry.
In 2006, Ms. Huang came to a turning point of her career when she decided to change to another career by taking the directorship at the Enterprise Culture Department of the same institute, promoting the institute’s enterprise culture. She achieved to develop the institute into one of the ‘National Advance Enterprise Culture Units’. The institute now is known as ‘Shaanxi Province Enterprise Culture Demonstration Base’ serving as an exemplary enterprise with model culture. At this point, Ms. Huang has reached another peak of her career. With her achievement, Ms. Huang was being awarded as the institute’s outstanding staff for numerous times.
Besides her career achievements, Ms. Huang is keen on writings. During the spare time, Ms. Huang has published 2 essays collections and an autobiography in the period from 2011 to 2013. She shared her vision and feelings about her career in the FACRI in the books. She has started to write her third essays collection this year.Ms. Huang was awarded with the ‘PolyU Mainland Programme Graduates Distinguished Achievement Award’ in 2012. There were only 12 awardees selected from over 1800 mainland graduates. As the class executive of Xi’an Tong Li International College Alumni Association, she actively promoted and contributed to the connection between PolyU and Xi'an Tong Li International College.
